Dr. Latifat Kehinde OLATINWO, an indigene of Offa in Offa Local Government of Kwara State, an Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension Services with special research interest in gender analysis of rural livelihoods. Over the years, she has made significant contributions to the academic and administrative development of Kwara State University, including serving as Assistant Director, Centre for Consultancy Services, and Deputy Director, Centre for Ecological and Environmental Research Management and Studies (CEERMS), positions she occupied prior to this appointment. She has served in other capacities, including membership of key committees and in the mentoring of undergraduate and postgraduate students. A season researcher with expertise in gender studies, Dr. L.K Olatinwo holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development from University of Ilorin, Nigeria. Her appointment as the Ag. Director of Gender Studies marks another milestone in her commitment to ensuring impactful leadership towards multidisciplinary research on gender-related issues.
